Shavano Commons Business Park Owners Association
The OA for Shavano Commons Business Park is the non-profit Corporation that governs the Shavano Commons. As a
reminder, the website is offered as a value added service of
information.
All Owners are Members of Shavano Commons Business Park OA, a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose
primary purpose is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect
Owner Assessments and disburse monies for the payment of the Association
operating expenses with respect to the residential properties known as
the Shavano Commons Business Park OA.
Owners and Tenants are subject to and
legally bound by the Association's Declarations, Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions.
These documents are available for review under the
The Owner Resources tab houses your ACC information and application, how to pay
online, community information, etc.
NOTE: PAYING ASSESSMENTS ONLINE WILL RESULT IN A
PROCESSING FEE, PAYABLE TO THE PROCESSING COMPANY, NOT THE POA OR
DAMC.
